Something old, Something new, Something borrowed, Something BLUE! Its always fun to design invitations for an event for one of your closest and dearest friends. My friend Lindsey got married in July this year, and my friends and I wanted to do something truly unique for her. Her shower had several parts, and I thought I would share them all with you since it was such a great idea (THANKS, JEN!). Something old was either our fondest memory with Lindsey or wedding advice for those that had not known Lindsey for too long. One of our friends compiled the memories/advice and put them into a scrapbook for Lindsey to keep. Something new was something from her registry. Something borrowed was a recipe and the invitation included a recipe card. Something blue was the theme of the shower so everyone invited was to wear something blue.
